SMS TERMS
These terms govern the text messaging program operated by AZ Transit Solutions, LLC, doing business as To My Surprise Shuttle ("To My Surprise Shuttle", "we", "us"). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages when booking a shuttle, you agree to these terms.
PROGRAM NAME
To My Surprise Shuttle Reservation Alerts.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
When you book a shuttle at tomysurpriseshuttle.com and agree to receive text messages, we send transactional messages about your reservation: a booking confirmation, a reminder before your scheduled pickup, and pickup or airport arrival instructions. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies and depends on the number of shuttle reservations you make. A typical reservation generates two to three messages.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
HOW TO OPT OUT
Reply STOP to any message to cancel, and you will no longer receive text messages from To My Surprise Shuttle. After you opt out you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. If you opt out, we will not be able to send reminders about your reservation, so please call us at 623.218.6035 to coordinate your pickup.

CARRIER LIABILITY
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
