To My Surprise Shuttle continues to work diligently to safeguard our customers and employees during the Covid-19 crisis. We want to assure you that we are cleaning and sanitizing the shuttles - especially door handles, seating and rails - after each ride and before your pick-up. Our drivers will wear a mask at your request and we encourage our riders to do the same.
To My Surprise Shuttle remains consistent with our local shuttle service to/from Sky Harbor Airport. Different size shuttles are used to ensure the safety of our riders and employees. Due to the recent spike in travel demand, your scheduled pickup time may have to be altered. However, we will do our very best to provide the service you want to meet your travel needs. We continue to offer shuttle service to our customers 365 days per year. Be sure to make a reservation in advance.
