Covid-19 Update

Dear valued riders, family and coworkers,

To My Surprise Shuttle remains consistent with our local shuttle service to/from Sky Harbor Airport. Different size shuttles are used to ensure the safety of our riders and employees. Due to the ongoing chanllenges in travel demand, your scheduled pickup time may have to be altered. However, we will do our very best to provide the service you want to meet your travel needs. We continue to offer shuttle service to our customers 365 days per year.  Be sure to make a reservation in advance.

To My Surprise Shuttle assures you that we are cleaning and sanitizing the shuttles - especially door handles, seating and rails - after each ride and before your pick-up.  Per the latest ruling mask mandates have been lifted and we are follwoing those mandates.  For you own personal comfort you may choose to wear a mask if you prefer.

We appreciate and support all those that conutiue to care for and help resolve COVID in a safe and healthy way. If you are experiencing any symptoms of this illness, please delay travel plans at this time to help keep you and all of us safe.
