Dear Valued Riders and Coworkers,

To My Surprise Shuttle continues to work diligently to safeguard our customers and employees during the Covid-19 crisis. We want to assure you that we are cleaning and sanitizing the shuttles - especially door handles, seats and rails - after each ride and before your pick-up. Our employees will be wearing masks and we encourage our riders to do the same to ensure every safety precaution is taken.

To My Surprise Shuttle remains consistent with our operation; DIRECT service to Sky Harbor Airport with no stops. Different size shuttles are used to ensure the safety of our riders and employees.  We continue to offer shuttle service to our customers every day.

Take Advantage of our Contactless Service :
Park your car in our lot and take advantage of our free parking.
Place and remove your own luggage to and from our shuttle vehicle.

Let us know if you want to utilize our contactless service and we’ll make a notation on your record for the driver.
